Hello
We are an established bike repair, maintenance & servicing business in the Gorslas area, who is willing to provide a service to everyone who's bike has a need.
Bikes are my number one passion. Although I have been repairing, servicing, maintaining my own bikes for many years, I am a Cytech 2 qualified technician. Cytech is an internationally recognised training and accreditation scheme for bicycle technicians. So we can assure you that your bike is in very safe hands.
I am a keen and passionate cyclist myself and have more than likely rode among you all in the various cycling events around Wales.
Customer service and satisfaction is very important to us, and myself (Iwan), my wife sam, and my daughters will be on hand to make you feel welcome.

Usual speedy service from Iwan. Bought a second hand Kickr but cassette was missing, then seller sent wrong one! Iwan sorted the problem and got me back training within 24 hours👍🏼

Bought a bike 30 years ago because I liked the look of it when I 1st started working and It cost one months wages then. When we bought our 1st home 19 years ago I didn’t have enough money to pay the plasterer and he said he would like to do work for bike, and I lost it to him for 8 years. One day 10 years ago I seen the plasterer and he said the bike was hanging in his garage unused so I bought it back. Last week I wanted some inspiration to train and lose some weight so I took the bike to We care bike repair in Gorslas, I asked Iwan to keep it original, make it useable and bring it in to the 21st century. Tonight I had the bike back and I bloody love it, he has serviced fully, changed all cables, new crank, brake pads, new seat ,new bar tape and much more. I love it as much tonight as I did 30 years ago, thanks Iwan 👍
Highly recommend. Service of both a hardtail and a full suspension bike and replacement of some parts completed swiftly and both running smoothly! My 4 year old hardtail had been very neglected. Sound advice given to self maintain between servicing in future. Great honest work. Thank you.
